Associate Accountant

The Associate Accountant helps in compiling and reviewing financial forms, documents, and reports, assists with the preparation of budgets and financial statements, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing.

Lead Accountant

The Lead Accountant performs a full range of duties on behalf of your clients. They work independently, applying a well developed knowledge of each client’s particular needs, and exercising judgment and initiative including in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Additionally, the Lead Tax Preparer provides oversight to and reviews deliverables produced by Associate Accountants.

Raghavendra Chandrashekar

Raghavendra (“Raghu”) is responsible for overall team management and accounting best practices. He brings 8+ years of accounting experience and has worked for Amazon and General Electric. 

Raghu holds degrees from Bangalore University and ICFAI National College. 

Marianne Cimmino

Marianne leads Accsurant’s day-to-day operations including Accounting, Billing, and Human Resources. Marianne has held a variety of management and accounting positions in retail, wholesale, and manufacturing businesses.

Marianne is a graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.

Chris Shafer

Chris oversees Accsurant’s solutions group and is responsible for overall customer experience. He brings over 20 years of experience creating digital products & applications. As the program lead at Vindicet he guided the delivery of their integrated patient tracking system, which became one of the most widely used systems in the post care hospital market. 

Chris is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design.

Sanjay Sahoo

Sanjay leads Accsurant’s Technology group. He joins Accsurant with over 25 years of experience in M&A, strategy development, governance, leadership, delivery of business-enabling innovative digital solutions for global organizations, and enabling strategic sourcing engagements from concept to realization.

Sanjay holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), India.

Yann Beaullan-Thong, MBA/CFP/CFA

Yann founded the Accsurant practice in 2018 with the goal of helping accounting firms take advantage of digital best practices. Before Accsurant, he combined his backgrounds in finance and insurance to create digital products for healthcare. While at Aetna in the early 2000’s he helped lead their efforts in digital enablement for physician practices. 

Yann hold degrees from the Zicklin School of Business, Enoes: l’Ecole de l’Expertise Comptable et de l’Audit and Sorbonne universite. 

Mohan Naik

Mohan leads Accsurant’s Staffing and Resource Development. He has been instrumental in developing our operations from the ground up. Mohan’s leadership experience spans over 20 years, making him highly skilled in Financial Management, Business Operations, Human Resources, and Professional Development.

Mohan is a graduate of S.V. University and alumnus of IIM Bangalore.
